Money, both directions
Record what you owe your subs and what your clients owe you, job by job — with payment stages, partial payments and refunds. Both sides are tracked separately and never netted, so a balance always means exactly what it says.
Your files, your Drive
Take a photo of a certificate or pick one from your phone — it's saved as a PDF straight to your own Google Drive, named and filed by sub. Rekiva stores only a link to your file in your own Google Drive — never a copy on our servers — and never a tax ID number.
